Edward P. McPartlin

Edward P. McPartlin, partner at Lyne Woodworth & Evarts LLP since 1974, is a member of the firm’s Real Estate/Commercial Lending Law Group. He represents institutions and individuals in the acquisition, sale, leasing, development and financing of commercial and multi-family residential properties.

Mr. McPartlin has practiced in the real estate finance area for over 40 years. He has been involved in representing construction and permanent lenders and owners in connection with the acquisition and financing of many of the office towers in the City of Boston, including International Place and One Beacon Street.

He graduated from Boston College in 1961 and received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1966. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property and Probate Section), Massachusetts Conveyancers Association, American Land Title Association and the Real Estate Finance Association.
