We believe in any litigation matter our clients want to know immediately the answers to two questions – what are my chances of success and how much is this going to cost? We provide answers to these questions at the outset of any litigation and update our answers as the litigation progresses. A thorough review and evaluation of the matter is undertaken, and reviewed with the client, at the beginning of the engagement. Thereafter, we stay in close contact with the client as the matter progresses. We stress communication with the client at all times.
