Norman C. Sabbey

Norman C. Sabbey joined Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts LLP in 1976 and has been a partner since 1980. Mr. Sabbey is a member of the Real Estate/Commercial Lending Law Group representing institutions and individuals in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial and multi-family residential properties, including low-income housing projects. A significant amount of Mr. Sabbey’s practice involves representing construction and take-out lenders in connection with the financing of office buildings and shopping centers throughout the United States.

Mr. Sabbey’s experience includes sale and leaseback projects. Mr. Sabbey also represents lenders in workouts, deeds-in-lieu transactions and OREO sales. In addition, he has been representing and advising small corporations for over 20 years.

Mr. Sabbey graduated with honors from Harvard University in 1967 and with honors from Boston College Law School in 1970 where he was a member of the Boston College Law Review and was admitted to membership in the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Sabbey is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and New England Land Title Association and a former member of the Board of Directors of New England Land Title Association.
